About Us
The Tribute
My late mother Aurea Guillermo, or "Ring" as she was known by loved ones and close friends, migrated to the US in 1978 from Bucay Abra Philippines. By 1980 she had married my father and I was born in November of that year. My happiest memories of my mother include the smile on her face when she was cooking! Which was often, and she would always say "Kain Tayo, Let's Eat!" She loved feeding people, I am blessed to have spent years in the kitchen with her learning recipes and her Filipino cooking style, which was "you have to make a lot!" In honor of Mama Ring, I look forward to feeding everyone!
The Food
My menu will include my Mama's signature item, the "Lumpia" or eggroll as you may know it as.
Also BBQ Ribs with Mama's signature homemade BBQ sauce. It's a secret!
Additionally, I look forward to bringing a fusion menu to the public pairing foods of my heritage with foods I have also enjoyed serving!
